| NFM Engineering Ltd is a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy that provides services to clients throughout the UK. The practice is based near Colchester and has a small office in Portsmouth. Commissions range from, for example a single structural steel beam or lintel for a new opening in a residential property to a multi-million pound commercial office and residential accommodation. We provide design services from civil engineering projects such as roads and drainage to sea and river defenses for local authorities. Our client base comprises:-
The service we offer can be tailored to suit clients wishes from full project assistance which includes:- Initial liaison with client and architect and conceptual design. Soils, contamination, services investigation and reporting. Preliminary design for Quantity Surveying services. Final design and detailing for authority approvals. Details to tender stage. Details to working drawing/build stage. Assessing potential contractors and awarding contracts. Site inspections/supervision. Certifying work upon completion. The service we offer can be limited to some of the above and the list is not exhaustive. We are happy to be totally flexible in our approach to instructions regarding the level of service clients wish to receive. |
